Emma joined the jury in 2013. She is working at the Coest AB, where she helps organisations to integrate sustainability into their strategies. She is strongly committed to the idea of a circular economy and value-driven enterprises. Earlier she ran her own sustainable business consultancy firms and worked as part of the European consultancy network Terra Institute.
RESEARCHER IN AQUATIC FOODS
Patrik Henriksson primarily works on evaluating aquaculture products using life cycle assessment (LCA), positioning seafood in the global food portfolio, and evaluating antimicrobial use in aquaculture. Patrik is currently working as a researcher between the Beijer Institute of Ecological Economics, Stockholm Resilience Centre, and WorldFish. He is also involved in the SeaWin project.
FASHION DESIGNER & PhD STUDENT | UNIVERSITY OF BORÅS
Anna is a fashion designer and PhD student at Swedish School of Textiles, University of Borås. Anna is working with artistic research within the field of sustainable fashion. She is the Artistic Director for the project Re:textile, that creates structures for circular flows in the textile industry. Parallel to her research, Anna runs her own company – Another Studio, through which se has been working as a designer and stylist for major brands.

Sverker C. Jagers
Sverker is a Professor in Political Science and the Director of the Centre for Collective Action Research at the University of Gothenburg. His research includes survey- and experimental studies of environmental public opinion and drivers of pro-environmental behavior and comparative time-series analyses of countries’ environmental performance.

Susanne is an innovation strategist with a solid background in the food industry as well as in applied research. She has had positions as innovation manager in companies with the mission to make the food system sustainable. Susanne has a strong belief that plant-based food and new possibilities within sustainable aqua culture is an important key to feeding a growing population.
Jill has more 20 years experience in working as a journalist with a focus on life science, innovation and sustainability. She has experience from working with news, stock market analysis, investigative stories, portraits and more. Before her career as a journalist she worked as a controller.
ASSISTANT PROFESSOR, CHALMERS UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY
Jörgen has a broad background, including environmental management consultancy, advocacy for simple living, and a PhD in sociology. He is currently a senior researcher in sustainable consumption patterns at Chalmers university of technology. His focus is on long-distance travel and food habits and how these consumption areas can transform towards meeting long-term climate targets.

He is a sought-after speaker and panellist as well as an advisor within sustainability and business. Max is also the founder and chairman of PlasticFri, a company creating plant-based alternatives to plastic.
